Pakaloha Return Policy Statement
Exchanges can be made within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise and
refunds can be made 7 days from receipt.
The item must be in brand new condition with the protective strip still intact, unsoiled and unwashed.
Please write a letter to customer service (customerservice@pakaloha.com) as soon as you decide what action you would like to take. Someone will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Usually Me.
Then;
Simply send the items back to;

Please be sure to attach a note stating exactly what you would like us to do and so forth.
Also for exchanges be sure to include 6 dollars for shipping and handling. You can either send a check, money order, cash or we can bill your visa or mastercard.
