Does Pakaloha.com charge for shipping?
     Pakaloha.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 2 or more bikinis. All Pakaloha bikinis are shipped USPS Priority Insured.

Can I ship to more than one address per order?      At this time, you can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 808-661-6888.

Can I ship outside the United States?      Pakaloha.com ships to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada as well. To ship outside the US & Canada call 1-808-661-6888 or email us at info@pakaloha.com.

Can I have multiple shipping addresses in My Account?      Not yet, but you can call a customer service operator once you have placed your order and have that organized with shipping and handling fees applying to each separate address.

Can my shipping addresses be different than my billing address?      Yes, when you checkout, check the box that says different ship to address and as long as the billing address is the same as whats on your credit card you can add a different ship to address… .. Pakaloha.com allows people the option of providing a different address to ship to, besides the first initial address area (i.e., billing address information).

Is my order shipped the same day that I place the order?      Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Where is my tracking number to track my order?      Once an item is shipped you will be receiving an email with your order number and delivery confirmation. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone.
