Customer Information & Credit Card Transactions:      Limited information is supplied to Pakaloha.com in the event of a sale. This may include your name, IP Address and website domain name. This information is not sold or distributed to third parties. Credit card payments are processed through Heartland Payment Sytems. This information is collected solely for Heartland Payment Sytems to securely process the order, and is not accessible to Pakaloha.com

Pakaloha Shipping Policy:      Tax Rates: No tax is charged when purchases are shipped outside the state of Hawaii. For purchases shipped to Hawaii addresses, sales tax (currently 4.16%) is added by your cart at checkout.
Pakaloha.com ships anywhere in the US & Canada: Any purchases made on Pakalaoha.com of 2 or more bikinis will automatically receive free shipping.
Cancellation Policy: Generally we ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Up until it is shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once shipped, there is no refund. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact either 808-661-6888 or info@pakaloha.com for instructions on how to return (and a Return Authorization Number).
